Middleton entered their tilt with Madison East on Tuesday with 16 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 17. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Purgolders a 14-0 shutout. Considering the Cardinals have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
