Michael Vito Game Report: vs Pope John XXIII

Montville took down Pope John XXIII on Monday, a win that might not have happened without Michael Vito's performance. Vito produced his best game of the campaign: he scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Vito's strong effort led Montville over Pope John XXIII and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs have some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since May of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
