She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Centennial let Campbell Cole and Madden Turner run wild. Cole went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Turner scored three runs while going 3-for-3. That's the most hits Cole has posted since back in April of 2024. Amanda Campos-Colon also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

Canyon del Oro's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-0. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Centennial, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Centennial has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.8 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Canyon del Oro struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 9.2 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
