Football Recap: Freeport Comes Up Short

Freeport was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 38-8 loss at the hands of the Farmingdale Dalers. The Red Devils were not able to make up for their loss to the Dalers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Freeport's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Farmingdale, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Freeport is set to face off against their familiar foe Herricks/Wheatley on Saturday. Meanwhile, Farmingdale will square off against rival Hempstead on Saturday.
