Soccer Recap: Walkertown Takes a Loss

Walkertown lost against Rockingham County on October 8th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolfpack fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 3-2.

JUAN CALLEJA and JOHN DANIEL HERRERA scored both of Walkertown's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Walkertown has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6-1 record this season. As for Rockingham County, their win bumped their record up to 8-9-3.

While Walkertown had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
