Seneca wins going away against Highland Regional

Recap: Seneca Golden Eagles vs. Highland Regional Tartans

The Seneca Golden Eagles extended their postseason success on Saturday against the Highland Regional Tartans. Seneca strolled past Highland Regional with points to spare, taking the game 21-6. The victory was familiar territory for Seneca who now have seven in a row.

Zac Fearon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, picking up 65 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 87 yards. Another player making a difference was Anthony Tirico, who threw for 154 yards and three touchdowns.

When it comes to explaining why Highland Regional lost, one person who can't be blamed is Nehemiah Butler-mayhew. Despite the final result, he rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown.

Seneca's victory was their fourth straight on the road , which pushed their record up to 9-1. As for Highland Regional, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5.

Seneca will head out on the road to face off against Delsea at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Delsea's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last five matchups. Highland Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
