Freedom waltzed into their contest on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran Blazers by a score of 2-0. The Irish have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blazers, too.

Saylor Meulemans paced Freedom's offense, picking up seven kills. Meulemans got some help from Lilli Big Eagle and her ten assists. Big Eagle was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Freedom's win bumped their record up to 21-10. As for Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-16.

Freedom has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Oconto Falls on the 11th. As for Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Chilton on the 11th.
