Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West St. John). They put the hurt on Carver Collegiate Academy with a sharp 18-2 victory on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for West St. John as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

West St. John's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Carver Collegiate Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West St. John will venture away from home to challenge South Plaquemines at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Carver Collegiate Academy, they will head out to face off against West Jefferson at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
