Baseball Recap: Graford Comes Up Short

Graford lost against Poolville on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rabbits fell 7-4 to the Monarchs. The Rabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Graford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cye Lemley, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. Reed Feeguson was another, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Graford's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Poolville, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Graford has already played their next game (against Seymour), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Poolville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-3 loss against Lipan on the 22nd.
