Preview: Lincoln vs. Antelope
On Thursday, Lincoln is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Antelope at 6:00 PM. Lincoln will be strutting in after a win while Antelope will be stumbling in from a loss.
Lincoln took care of business in their home opener. They blew past Oak Ridge 34-7. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Lincoln had established a 27-7 advantage.
Meanwhile, Antelope had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 7-41 walloping at Rocklin hands.
Antelope's defeat took them down to 0-1 while Lincoln's victory pulled them up to write [team] current record. A win for Antelope would reverse both their bad luck and Lincoln's good luck. We'll see if Antelope manages to pull off that tough task or if Lincoln keeps their momentum going instead.
