You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Lincoln County's strategy against Laughlin on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Lincoln County Lynx blew the Laughlin Cougars out of the water with a 55-27 final score. The Lynx have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Lincoln County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Emma Bleak, who posted 13 points. Bleak continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Rylee Heiselbetz, who put up 12 points.

When it comes to explaining why Laughlin lost, don't look at Valeria Quintero. Despite the final result, she earned 17 points and seven steals. The matchup was Quintero's third in a row with at least ten points. AmorA ThomAs was another key player, putting up seven points along with five boards and three steals.

Lincoln County pushed their record up to 11-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Laughlin, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Lincoln County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 51-15 defeat against Needles on the 18th. Laughlin has also already played their next contest, a 51-22 loss against White Pine on the 18th.
