Evergreen Park hadn't done well against Mother McAuley recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Mustangs blew past the Mighty Macs 11-2. Considering the Mustangs have won 14 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Evergreen Park and bumps their season record up to 16-14. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Mother McAuley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-17.

Evergreen Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mother McAuley, they will challenge Willowbrook at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warriors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.82 runs per game on average), something the Mighty Macs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
