Recap: McEachern Indians vs. Harrison Hoyas
You can't lose the matchup if you win every quarter, and that was precisely the McEachern Indians's strategy against the Harrison Hoyas on Friday. McEachern blew past Harrison 60-38. Given McEachern's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 15th, while Harrison is ranked 60th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
McEachern got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jada Bates out in front who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Amanda Eziukwu, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
McEachern's win bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Harrison, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season.
McEachern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Harrison also has no future games currently scheduled.
