Volleyball Recap: Lemoore Beats Dinuba for Their Fifth Straight Win

Lemoore entered their tilt with Dinuba on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Emperors. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Emperors, too.

While Lemoore might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Dinuba scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-18.

Despite the defeat, Dinuba had strong showings from Cambria Gasca-Alderete, who had seven kills, three aces, and two blocks, and Delilah Rangel, who had seven kills, two aces, and one block. Gasca-Alderete has been hot, having posted six or more kills the last five times she's played.

Lemoore's win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Dinuba, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-11.
