Recap: Fleming Wildcats vs. Weldon Valley Warriors        
        
		
            
 The Fleming Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Friday. They took their  matchup at home  with ease, bagging a  76-21 victory over Weldon Valley. Fleming has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four  games by 20  points or more this season.
 Fleming's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Madi Serrato, who  scored 13 points along with seven  steals and six  assists. Another player making a difference was  Brooke Schaefer, who  scored 16 points along with six  steals.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Weldon Valley  struggled to work together and  finished the game with only three  assists. They  were crushed by their opponents in that department as Fleming  racked up 20  assists.
 Fleming's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 9-4. Those good results were due in large part to their  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Weldon Valley, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record  this season.
 Fleming won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against Genoa-Hugo/Karval at 3:00  p.m.  on February 3rd. Hopefully Fleming focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 16 on Friday. As for Weldon Valley, they won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Bethune at 2:00  p.m.  on February 3rd.
