Basketball Recap: Yuma Catholic Shamrocks vs. Sabino Sabercats
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Yuma Catholic). They walked away with a 76-65 victory over the Sabino Sabercats on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Shamrocks who have now won six contests in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Yuma Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lucky Patane, who went 6 of 14 on his way to 16 points in addition to six boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Fernando Vazquez Lima, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
