Southwood won the last time they faced Eastern and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Comets. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Knights this season.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-9, 25-17.

Shania Rhamy paced Southwood's offense, picking up 12 kills. Rhamy got some help from Adi Deaton and her 24 assists. Deaton also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mylah Dillon, racking up five apiece.

Southwood now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Eastern, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
