Soccer Game Preview: Gravette vs. Farmington

The Gravette Lions will square off against the Farmington Cardinals at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Gravette and six for Farmington.

Gravette fell victim to Alma and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Airedales, falling 7-0.

Meanwhile, Farmington scored the most goals they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 5-1 to Russellville. While losing is never fun, Farmington can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 78th, while Russellville are ranked fourth).

Gravette's loss dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for Farmington, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
