Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Peshtigo). They blew past the Southern Door Eagles 68-43 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Bulldogs have posted against the Eagles since January 24, 2022.

Peshtigo's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-7. As for Southern Door, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Peshtigo and Southern Door could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. Peshtigo will challenge Gillett at 12:30 p.m. on Monday down 138 places (243 vs. 105). Similarly, Southern Door (ranked 431st) will meet Sevastopol (ranked 112th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
