Howell North typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Liberty proved too difficult a challenge. They put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Knights on September 4th, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

While Liberty might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Howell North scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-24, 25-22.

Liberty now has a winning record of 7-6-1. As for Howell North, their loss ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7.

Looking ahead, Liberty will square off against Mater Dei at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Howell North, they will challenge Hazelwood Central at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
