Football Recap: Imlay City Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Imlay City managed to keep up with Richmond until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Spartans lost 35-14 to the Blue Devils. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 244th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 38th).

Imlay City's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Richmond, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Imlay City will host Croswell-Lexington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond, they will be playing at home against Almont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils will need to watch out since the Raiders have now posted at least 31 points in their last five games.
