Football Recap: West Side Takes a Loss

West Side was the 34-0 winner over Parsippany when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Roughriders were just a hair shy of victory on Friday and fell 8-7 to the Redhawks. The Roughriders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Side's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Parsippany, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Looking ahead, West Side will square off against Immaculata at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Roughriders surely won't give up without a fight. As for Parsippany, they will take on Hopatcong at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
