Soccer Recap: Little Village Comes Up Short

Little Village came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Taft Eagles, falling 4-0. The shutout was out of character for Little Village seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

Little Village moved to 7-2-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak. As for Taft, their win bumped their record up to 16-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Little Village will face off against Curie at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Taft, they will take on Von Steuben at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
