Montevallo can bid farewell to their four-match losing streak thanks to their match on Monday. They put the hurt on the Sylacauga Aggies with a sharp 3-0 win. The Bulldogs not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 15th (when they won 3-0).

Montevallo never let Sylacauga on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18, 25-23.

Montevallo's victory bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Sylacauga, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Coming up, Montevallo will square off against Calera at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Sylacauga, they will be playing at home against Faith Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
