Recap: Hilton Head Prep Dolphins vs. St. Andrew's Lions
It was a good run, but the Hilton Head Prep Dolphins unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. Their tough 56-33 loss to St. Andrew's might stick with them for a while. Hilton Head Prep lost against St. Andrew's in their previous head to head back in November of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 62-59 score last time.
Hilton Head Prep's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jason Britschge, who scored 7 points, and Ege Erol who scored 8 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeep Patrick, who scored 6 points.
Hilton Head Prep's loss dropped their record down to 3-1. As for St. Andrew's, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hilton Head Prep is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Bethesda Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. As for St. Andrew's, they will take on Beach at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Georgia (Beach is ranked 234th, while St. Andrew's is ranked 216th).
