Volleyball Game Preview: Shepherd Bluejays vs. Harrison Hornets + Official Tickets

After both having extra time off, the Shepherd Bluejays and the Harrison Hornets will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Shepherd is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering St. Louis just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sharks.

Meanwhile, Harrison came up short against Gladwin on Wednesday and fell 3-1. The Hornets have struggled against the Flying G's recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Shepherd's defeat dropped their record down to 17-13-3. As for Harrison, their loss dropped their record down to 7-14-1.

Everything went Shepherd's way against Harrison in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Shepherd made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bluejays since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
