Soccer Recap: Freeport Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hononegah, Freeport was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Guilford Vikings. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Freeport also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Natalie Namio and Karol Coria scored all three of Freeport's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

The win got Freeport back to even at 6-6. As for Guilford, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-10.
