Basketball Recap: Central Valley Cougars vs. Anselmo-Merna Coyotes
Central Valley came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Anselmo-Merna Coyotes 61-38. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Central Valley was led to victory by Zaden Wolf and Taesian Soto. Wolf went 5 for 9 on his way to 12 points and five rebounds, while Soto posted 11 points and six assists.
