Baseball Recap: Hanover Park Comes Up Short

Hanover Park lost against Mount Olive back in May of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hornets fell just short of the Marauders by a score of 8-7.

Hanover Park's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Mount Olive, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hanover Park will welcome Whippany Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Olive, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Phillipsburg at 4:00 p.m.
