Volleyball Recap: Las Plumas Takes a Loss

Las Plumas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Shasta Wolves.

Las Plumas was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-22, 25-23.

Las Plumas' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Shasta, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Las Plumas has already played their next contest (against Oroville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Shasta, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Foothill on the 19th.
