Volleyball Recap: King Takes a Loss

King lost against Great Oak back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The King Wolves fell 2-0 to the Great Oak Wolfpack.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15.

Brice Bayardo paced King's offense, picking up two kills. Bayardo got some help from Bradley Mullen and his five assists. Mullen was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

King's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Great Oak, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-2.

King has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Liberty on the 8th. As for Great Oak, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Cathedral City on the 8th.
