Basketball Recap: Cascade's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

It was fun while it lasted, but Cascade's undefeated season came to an end after eight games on Saturday. They took a 63-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Decorah-North Winneshiek Vikings. The matchup marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cascade fell to 8-1. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.
