Volleyball Recap: New Milford Takes a Loss

New Milford lost against Pomperaug back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Green Wave lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Green Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-18.

New Milford's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Pomperaug, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. New Milford will square off against rival Masuk at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pomperaug is set to face off against their familiar foe Kolbe-Cathedral at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
