For Coventry's part, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Futrell, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Snyder, who scored two runs and stole a base.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bedford will take on Oberlin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Coventry, they will head out on the road to face off against John Hay at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
