Littlefield has gone 7-1 against Dimmitt recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wildcats will challenge the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Littlefield is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

It was a proper cat-fight when Littlefield duked it out with Slaton on Thursday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 12-8.

Dimmitt came out on top against Muleshoe on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run seventh inning. The Bobcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 victory over the Mules. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bobcats have posted since April 2, 2024.

Ga'Quorie Chatham was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Dimmitt: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 7-9 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Kaden Carpio, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base.

Littlefield pushed their record up to 18-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Dimmitt, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Littlefield beat Dimmitt 6-3 when the teams last played back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
