Volleyball Recap: Wayland Takes a Loss

Wayland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Catholic Central Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss on Saturday.

Wayland's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Catholic Central, their win bumped their record up to 20-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wayland will square off against Northview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northview will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Wayland surely won't give up without a fight. As for Catholic Central, they will be playing at home against Ottawa Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
