Football Recap: Trinity Takes Down Berks Catholic in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and Trinity had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took down the Berks Catholic Saints 17-0 on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Shamrocks as they're now sitting on four straight.

Trinity got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Maddox Jarzynski out in front who picked up 111 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Jarzynski is also on a roll when it comes to receiving touchdowns, as he's now hauled in two or more in each of the last five games he's played. Another signal caller making a difference was Mason Boyer, who threw for 174 yards and two TDs.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Berks Catholic, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 9-3 record.

As of now, neither Trinity nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
