Baseball Recap: William Tennent Takes a Loss

William Tennent blew Lower Moreland out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Lower Moreland got their revenge. The Panthers fell just short of the Lions by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Panthers have suffered since April 9, 2024.

William Tennent saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cody Devor, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

William Tennent has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Lower Moreland, they moved to 4-12 with that win, which also ended their nine-game losing streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: William Tennent beat the Lions by a score of 10-0 on Thursday.
