Basketball Recap: Pennington Falls Short of Colbert County in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pennington can now relate to. They fell to the Colbert County Indians 59-53. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pennington's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10-1. As for Colbert County, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Pennington nor Colbert County have any future games scheduled.
