Baseball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King lost against Kelly on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars lost 12-3 to the Trojans. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

King saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Chatman, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

King's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Kelly, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. King is set to face off against their familiar foe Dunbar at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kelly will take on rival Bogan at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
