Baseball Recap: Muscle Shoals Takes a Loss

Muscle Shoals was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 10-9 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hamilton Aggies. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by just one run.

Muscle Shoals' defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Hamilton, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12.

Coming up, Muscle Shoals will venture away from home to square off against Talladega at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. As for Hamilton, they will challenge Sulligent at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
