Football Recap: Weimar Wildcats vs. Ganado Indians

After soaring to 41 points the game before, Weimar was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They had to suffer through a 49-8 loss at the hands of the Ganado Indians. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Ganado found their leader in sophomore Landyn Arriaga, who threw for 224 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 51 yards and a pair of TDs on only five carries. 84 of Arriaga's passing yards were hauled in by Logan Bures, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.

Weimar's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Ganado, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.
