Football Game Recap: Southwest vs. Lincoln

It's about time: Southwest finally caught a break after 3 consecutive losses. They were the clear victor with a 35-14 margin. That result is just more of the same for them, who also won the last time these teams played.

Southwest's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 28 points in the first half. Lincoln came up with 14 to make it 28-14 heading into the break. The other side of the ball was dominant for Southwest in the second half, holding Lincoln to a measly 0 points. The win bumped Southwest's record up to 1-3. Lincoln are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Southwest take on Ashwaubenon at 7:00 PM. Lincoln will be staying on the road, facing off against Notre Dame Academy.
