They fell victim to a tough 16-7 loss at the hands of the Ignacio Bobcats. Trinidad has not had much luck with Ignacio recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Brett Kendall was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Joey Just, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI.
On Ignacio's side, the team relied heavily on Marcus Maez, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Wade Dunbar-Berger, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
