Aurora Christian extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Harvest Christian Academy. They blew past the Lions 13-3. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on five straight.

Preston Morel made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Morel was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kaleb Elwood, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Cristian Huerta, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one double.

Aurora Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Aurora Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-14. As for Harvest Christian Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-13 record this season.
