Dunmore strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 9-4 victory over the Honesdale Hornets. This was payback for the Bucks, who suffered a 4-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The team relied heavily on Evan Mizenko, who went 3-for-4 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Matt Iezzi, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Dunmore was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .444. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .389 or higher in five consecutive matches.

Dunmore pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average this season. As for Honesdale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
