The Jordan Warriors will challenge the Paetow Panthers at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Jordan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.7 runs per game this season.

Jordan took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against Katy Taylor, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Jordan sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 victory over Katy Taylor last Saturday.

The team relied heavily on Carson Jansky, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Aislyn Duhon, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Paetow was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 12-0 to Katy Taylor.

Paetow saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was GLORYA HOWLAND, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one double.

Jordan's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Paetow, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
