Baseball Game Preview: West Columbus Vikings vs. Green Level Gators

The West Columbus Vikings will challenge the Green Level Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Green Level took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on West Columbus, who comes in off a win.

West Columbus' pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. Everything went their way against Union as they made off with a 21-0 victory. Considering the Vikings' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Green Level entered their matchup against Apex Friendship on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Gators fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 7-6.

Luke Talley was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Bernard, who earned one RBI, one run, and one stolen base.

Green Level's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for West Columbus, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-5.
