The American Patriots will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the North Miami Beach Chargers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Miami Beach took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on American, who comes in off a win.

American is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Central. American blew past Central, posting a 31-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Miami Beach's offense. They lost 24-0 to Hialeah Gardens on Tuesday.
