Soccer Recap: Kenwood Comes Up Short

Kenwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Henry County Patriots, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, Kenwood can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 233rd, while Henry County are ranked 91st).

Kenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Henry County, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Coming up, Kenwood will challenge McEwen at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Henry County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
